About Gray
Gray joined Carolina Designs Realty in 2003 and continues to earn one of the most consistent and respected track records in the real estate sales market. As a developer and owner of multiple vacation properties, Gray understands the unique challenges Outer Banks investors face and provides innovative and effective solutions. Gray’s diverse knowledge in both sales and managing investment properties provides his clients with the highest level of expertise and representation. His extensive construction background and relationships with contractors add benefits for all of his clients.
Gray and his wife Ali reside in Southern Shores with their sons Billy and Adlai and twin daughters Stella and Lulu. Originally from Williamsburg, VA, Gray graduated with top honors from Virginia Tech. Previously, he enjoyed a successful career as a youth counselor and wilderness trip leader in Colorado, California, Hawaii, and Mexico. He is a long time Scouter with Troop 117 and 5117 in Kitty Hawk and has served in various leadership roles with the local Realtor association. Currently Gray is volunteering as a running coach and president of the First Flight Track Club.
